Suggested Use:

Best taken first thing in the morning on an empty stomach.

2 teaspoons a day, more with a pre-existing condition or onset of cold/flu.

Hold in mouth under the tongue for 1 minute, then swallow. It may be added to water if the water is distilled or purified (no filtered, spring or alkaline water). DO NOT use metal spoons to measure silver.
